Is PoolStamp replacing my whole business system?

Not on day one. PoolStamp is focused on the proof-of-service workflow: check in, capture proof, log readings, complete the visit, and send the receipt. Payments and QuickBooks sync are on the launch path.

Who is it for?

Solo operators, small pool service companies (3–8 trucks), and bilingual family-run operations that need better documentation without an enterprise rollout. If you run 15+ trucks with complex inventory and commissions, you are not our day-one buyer.

Does it really work in Spanish?

Yes. EN/ES is a first-class toggle on the tech app and on every customer receipt — not a Google-translated bolt-on. Tech screen and customer screen can be set independently per account.

What about my existing QuickBooks?

Online sync is on the launch path. QuickBooks Desktop import is on the roadmap. Until then, every visit exports to a CSV that imports cleanly into either.

Does it work offline at a pool with no signal?

Yes. Capture photos, chemistry, and notes offline; the visit is stamped locally and syncs the moment the truck is back in coverage.

Can I get my data out if I ever leave?

Yes. Every customer, visit, reading, and photo exports in standard CSV plus original photo files. Your data, your route — including if you sell the route.

Is the pricing final?

Not yet. The page shows planned launch pricing so operators can understand the intended model before public release. Final terms subject to approval; locked in for early cohort accounts.
