Who PoolStamp is for

Built for the operator on the truck, not the enterprise back office.

Three types of shops, one proof-of-service foundation. Pick the one that fits and start your 30-day trial today.

Solo operator

One truck, 60+ pools, Sunday-night admin

Stop arguing about whether you came. Send a stamped receipt at the gate. Get paid the same week instead of three weeks later.

I run my own route

Multi-truck owner

3–8 trucks, 250–800 accounts

Know which tech actually completed which stop. Win the chargebacks. Close out every visit with a clean, exportable record the moment the gate closes.

I run multiple trucks

Bilingual operator

EN/ES customers and crew

Built bilingual from day one. Tech screen in Spanish, customer receipt in either language, on a per-account toggle. Not Google-translated.

What gets stamped

One stop. One record. The proof you need when a customer asks.

Every field in the record has a dollar amount attached to it — what it cost the last time it wasn't there.

GPS + time

Exact arrival time, logged automatically. Your tech was there — here's the record.

Photos

Before, during, and after. Attached to the stop — not buried in a camera roll.

Chemistry

Log chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and salt at the pool. Pull them up from any device, months later.

Receipt

A professional customer summary sent before you back out of the driveway.

EN / ES

Tech app in English or Spanish. Customer receipt in either. One record either way.

What it saves

Less chasing. Faster payment. Less time defending work you've already done.

Fewer "did you come?" calls

Customers get a receipt before they reach for the phone. Most stop asking.

6–10 hrs / month back

Operators report saving 6–10 hours of Sunday-night invoicing — because the visit record is already the draft.

Payment in days, not weeks

Pay-on-completion closes the cycle in days instead of the usual three to four weeks.

A chargeback you can win

GPS, photos, readings, and a receipt. That combination makes the bank case for you.

Built for the field, not the back office

Every feature exists because a pool operator needed it at the pool, not at a desk.

Photo proof tied to the stop

Not a camera roll mess. Photos stay attached to customer, date, tech, route, and service notes.

Chemical readings in the same record

Log chlorine, pH, alkalinity, salt, stabilizer, and temperature — and the app calculates the dose for that pool while you are standing at it.

Optimized routes the office can trust

Stops ordered against live Mapbox traffic, re-optimized around where the truck actually is. See what is scheduled, in progress, skipped, or complete without texting every tech.

Customer-ready service receipts

Send a professional summary that answers "did you come?" before the customer asks.

Repairs and follow-up notes

Flag equipment issues, pressure readings, and repair needs while the tech is already there.

Searchable service history

Pull up the last visit, reading, photo, or note when a customer calls weeks later — or when you sell the route.

Built bilingual

EN/ES on the truck. EN/ES on the customer receipt. One record.

Most pool software is English-first with a Google-translated bolt-on. PoolStamp ships with proper Spanish on the tech app and on the customer-facing receipt, switchable per account — so the homeowner reads English while the property manager reads Spanish on the same stop.

  • Tech app in EN or ES, per user
  • Customer receipt in EN or ES, per account
  • Field-ready Spanish labels for techs and customer receipts

Straight answers

No jargon. No mystery pricing wall.

I already use another platform. How hard is it to switch?

Switching is built to take an afternoon, not a weekend. Export your customer list from your current platform or a spreadsheet, upload it, and a guided screen matches each column to the right field, removes duplicates, and pins every address on the map so your routes are ready to build. If you would rather not touch the file at all, send it over and we will do the mapping for you. Either way, you start with your full customer book already loaded instead of a blank app.

What will this actually cost me as my route grows?

It is one simple plan with no per-seat fees. $79 a month covers your first 50 pools, and each pool after that is a dollar a month. Every technician and office login is included at no extra charge, so hiring never raises your bill; only adding pools does. That overage is measured across the whole month and billed at the end, so picking up a customer mid-month never triggers a surprise charge. Pay for a year up front and the $79 base is 15% cheaper; per-pool charges are still billed monthly as your route grows. There are no setup fees and no feature tiers, and every account gets everything.

Is there a contract, and can I try it before I pay anything?

There is no contract and no commitment. You get 30 days free with the whole product unlocked, and you do not enter a card to start, so you can run it on real routes before you decide. If you choose not to subscribe, your account simply goes read-only for another 30 days so you can export everything before it archives, and nothing disappears on you. Your data is always yours to take: customers, visit history, readings, and the original photo files all export to standard formats, even if you sell the route.

My techs are not "computer people." Will they actually use it in the field?

The app is built around a single stop rather than an office dashboard. The tech taps to check in, snaps a few photos, logs the water readings, and taps complete, and that is the entire interaction. It keeps working when there is no signal at the pool and syncs on its own once the truck is back in coverage, so a dead zone never costs you a record. It also captures location only at check-in, not throughout the day, which is usually the first thing a crew asks about, so there is nothing for them to push back on.

How does this help me when a customer claims I never showed up?

Every visit is stamped with the arrival time, GPS location, the photos the tech takes, and the chemistry readings. The moment the stop is marked complete, the customer automatically gets a clean receipt plus a private link to their full service history. Most stop calling to check once they can see the proof for themselves. And if a charge is ever disputed with the bank, that timestamped record of photos and readings is the evidence that wins the case.

Can I collect payment through it, or do I still chase invoices on the side?

You can get paid right from the receipt. Connect your Stripe account once and turn on invoice payments, and every receipt carries a Pay Now button that lets the customer pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay in about thirty seconds, with no app to download and no account to create on their end. The money goes to your own Stripe account on your normal payout schedule and the receipt updates to Paid, so the work and the payment live in one place instead of a separate billing run.

Do my techs need to be water-chemistry experts to use it?

No. They enter the readings and the app does the chemistry. Log free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, cyanuric acid, salt, and temperature, and PoolStamp calculates the dose for that specific pool's size, with safety limits built in so it will not recommend an unsafe overshoot. If the readings are not enough to work out a safe dose, it tells you so instead of guessing a number. The math is the same every time, so a newer tech gets the same guidance your most experienced one would.

Is a Spanish version available?

Yes. You can toggle Spanish or English on or off independently for the app's interface and for your customer communications, so a technician can work entirely in Spanish while a customer still receives their receipt in English, or the reverse, on the same account. It is genuinely bilingual, not a machine translation added on afterward.
