Build your first route plan

Create a daily stop list, save the order, and hand it to the mobile app.

Build your first route plan

A route plan is a day's worth of customer stops, saved in the order your tech should run them. PoolStamp can suggest due customers and optimize the order when routing is configured.

From web

  1. Open Routes
  2. Set the service date
  3. Review the suggested stops for that day
  4. Create the route plan
  5. Drag stops into the order you want, or tap Optimize route
  6. Save the order so mobile sees the same sequence

From mobile

Same flow, slightly more thumb-friendly. Routes tab → + to start a new plan.

Auto-fill from cadence

If you set a service cadence on a customer (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), PoolStamp can suggest customers due on the selected date. Review the suggestion before creating the route.

Reordering

After optimization, you can still drag stops to override the order — e.g., to put a difficult customer earlier in the day, or to group two adjacent stops together.

Navigation

Once a tech opens a stop on their phone, they can use their device map app for driving directions.

Route plan vs schedule

A route plan is one day's stops. The schedule is the recurring pattern (weekly, etc.) that drives auto-fill. You can edit either independently.
