The receipt is the artifact your customer sees after every visit. PoolStamp keeps the template consistent so every receipt stays readable and defensible.
Header (business identity)
- Business name — pulled from your business profile and shown as the receipt masthead.
- Phone and website — pulled from your profile when present.
- PoolStamp branding — stays in the small footer so customers know the receipt came through PoolStamp.
Body sections
The receipt is generated from the completed visit record:
- Photos — thumbnail images link to the full-size files.
- Repair items — items logged during the visit with their status.
- Chemicals used — the itemized dosing list.
- Notes — included when the tech adds customer-facing notes before completing the visit.
Footer
- View visit history — added automatically through a signed customer-portal link.
- Pay Now button — added automatically when card payments are enabled, the customer has a visit price, Stripe is configured, and PoolStamp can create the payment link.
Language
Each customer's language field drives the receipt language. Setting it in the customer profile (or letting the app pick it up during signup) translates every visible string automatically — no per-template work.
What is not customizable yet
PoolStamp does not yet support customer logo upload, custom receipt colors, custom footer copy, or a custom sender domain.
