The launch receipt design is opinionated: PoolStamp's brand stays in the footer, your business name owns the header. We made this trade-off deliberately so the receipt feels like it came from you, not from a SaaS vendor.
What you can change today
- Business name — appears as the wordmark in the header and in every signature line. Set this on the Business Profile screen.
- Public phone — appears as a tap-to-call link under the business name.
- Website — appears in the footer with a click-through link.
Save the business profile and the next receipt uses the updated values immediately. Previously-sent receipts are not retroactively updated (they're sent emails, sitting in your customers' inboxes).
What you can't change yet
- Logo upload — coming in a post-launch update. For now the header shows your business name in PoolStamp's typeface, not a custom logo.
- Color theme — the receipt uses PoolStamp's sky-blue header. Custom colors are planned for the white-label distributor version (later phase).
- Custom domain in the from address — the from email is
info@poolstamp.com. Sending frominfo@yourbusiness.comrequires a Phase 3 white-label setup; tell us if you need it.
Reply-to
The receipt's reply-to header is set to your operator email by default. If your customer replies to the receipt, the reply lands in your inbox, not PoolStamp's. To override this — for example, to route replies to a shared support@yourbusiness.com — set Account → Notifications → Reply-to address in the web admin.
What about the customer portal page design?
The customer portal at poolstamp.com/portal uses the same header/footer pattern as the receipt — your business name up top, PoolStamp's wordmark only in the small footer. Same constraint: no logo upload yet.
