PoolStamp's launch pricing is designed to stay simple while matching the size and needs of your pool service business. Current plans start with a 14-day free trial, then convert to the paid plan shown on the pricing page at the time you sign up.
Current launch price
The current public plans are on the pricing page at poolstamp.com. If you signed up during a trial or early-access promo, your post-trial rate is the rate displayed on the day you signed up unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
What's included
Your plan includes the Launch Path features listed for that plan on the pricing page and comparison matrix:
- Unlimited customers, routes, and visits
- Mobile app on iOS at launch (Android internal-track during early access, public Play Store at Phase 2)
- Photos and chemical readings with no per-photo or per-visit caps
- Proof-of-service receipts on every visit
- Email and SMS notifications (Twilio SMS bundled — no separate Twilio bill)
- Customer portal with photo history
- Stripe pay-now integration (Stripe's own fees still apply to transactions)
- QuickBooks Online invoice sync (manual Paid-status push for now — automatic Paid sync is on the post-launch roadmap)
- Web admin with reporting and exports
What's not included
- Stripe transaction fees (charged by Stripe directly, separate from your PoolStamp bill)
- QuickBooks Online subscription (separate from Intuit)
- Phase 2 features when they ship (AI chemical recommendations, biometric login, advanced automation, etc.) — availability and pricing may vary by plan
- Phase 3 features (PoolStamp Pay direct processing, AI phone IVR, SOC 2 certification surface) — pricing TBD when those ship
Billing cycle
PoolStamp bills monthly on the date you completed your trial conversion (or the first paid signup date if you skipped the trial). Charges go through Stripe on the card you saved during conversion.
Cancelling
Cancel from the web admin under Account → Billing → Cancel subscription. You retain access until the end of the current billing period; you can export your customer and visit history as CSV before the period ends.
