Managing your billing

How pool-count billing works, how to switch to annual, and how to cancel.

PoolStamp has one plan — $79/month for your first 50 pools, then $1/pool/month. There are no tiers to upgrade or downgrade between. Your bill adjusts automatically as your pool count changes.

How pool-count billing works

Your monthly bill is:

PoolStamp counts your active pools on the billing date. Adding or removing customers mid-cycle is reflected on the next invoice.

Switching to annual

Annual billing saves 15% on the $79/month base ($805.80/year). Per-pool overage is still billed monthly at $1.00/pool.

Adding or removing techs

There are no per-tech fees and no tech seat cap. Add as many technicians as your operation needs — your bill doesn't change.

What happens if a charge fails

Stripe reports the failed charge, PoolStamp emails the operator, and the account enters a dunning window. If the issue stays unresolved, access may be frozen until payment is resolved.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Account → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep access through the end of the current billing period. You can export all your customer and visit data as CSV before the period ends.
