PoolStamp is built for pool service operators who want every visit to leave a verifiable record — for you, for your customers, and for the business you're trying to grow.
What's included in your trial
Your 30-day free trial unlocks every launch feature. That includes:
- Customers, routes, and service history on web and mobile.
- Mobile stop completion — log every visit from the truck in under two minutes.
- Photos, notes, and chemical readings stored with every visit.
- Proof-first receipt emailed to your customer automatically after each completed visit with a valid email.
- Email and SMS notifications in English or Spanish, with SMS gated by account texting and customer opt-in.
- Online payments via Stripe with pay-now links when Stripe, card payments, and customer visit pricing are configured.
- QuickBooks Online sync when QBO is enabled and connected.
- Flat-rate launch pricing — one predictable price after the trial.
What you should do first
The fastest way to feel the product is to:
- Download the mobile app and sign in with the same email you used to register.
- Add three real customers (you can also import a CSV from your previous tool).
- Plan tomorrow's route — even with three stops, the receipt flow is worth seeing live.
- Complete one visit. The customer gets a branded receipt, and connected billing/integration flows run in the background.
If you want a guided tour, every other article in this Knowledge Base is a single, finishable task. Read what's relevant, ignore the rest.
What PoolStamp deliberately doesn't do (yet)
We focus on the table-stakes pool service workflow and the few things that drive customer retention. We do not yet ship:
- Inventory and chemical-supply ordering
- Employee payroll and time clocks
- A white-label distributor version
Those are not included in the current product. If they're must-haves today, tell us so we can log the request.
Need help?
The fastest path is the Contact Support button inside the app — a human reads every reply. The Knowledge Base covers the most common questions; this page is the front door.
