PoolStamp's day-to-day workflow lives on your phone. Visits, photos, chemical readings, and route completion all happen in the mobile app. The web admin at app.poolstamp.com is for billing, reporting, and back-office work.
Install on iPhone
PoolStamp on iOS requires iPhone running iOS 16 or later. During early access we distribute the iOS build through TestFlight while we work through App Store review — follow the TestFlight invite link in your welcome email to install. Public App Store availability lands at general launch.
After installing:
- Open the app and tap Sign in with email (or Sign in with Apple if you registered that way).
- Use the same email you used to create your operator account.
- The first launch will ask for camera and location permissions — both are required for visit photos and the GPS check-in confirmation.
Install on Android
Android is on the launch path but not yet in the Play Store. If you need Android during early access, reply to your welcome email and we'll add you to the Play Store internal-track build.
What if I forgot my password?
Use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in screen. We'll email you a reset link that's good for one hour.
If you signed up with Google or Apple, you don't have a password — keep using the same provider button you used the first time.
Why does the app ask for location?
The end-of-visit GPS capture confirmation is what makes your service receipt a proof-of-service receipt. Without location permission, your customers see a receipt with no verified location, which weakens the entire wedge. We strongly recommend granting it.
Location is read only when you mark a visit complete. We don't background-track you between stops.
