Your business profile is what your customers see on every receipt and notification. Spend two minutes filling it in — it's the difference between a generic "PoolStamp" email and one that looks like it came from your business.
What customers see
Customer-facing receipts and portal pages show:
- Business name — the operator-level "doing business as" name.
- Phone — a
tel:link customers can tap to call. - Website — optional; appears in the receipt footer.
PoolStamp's brand appears only in the footer ("Powered by PoolStamp"). The body of the email is your business.
Where to edit it
In the web admin at app.poolstamp.com, open Account → Business profile. The same screen exists in the mobile app under Settings.
Fields you can edit:
- Business name (200 character max)
- Public phone number (E.164 format recommended; e.g.
+13055551234) - Website (https URL)
- Mailing address (used on invoices and for CAN-SPAM compliance on emails)
Why the mailing address matters
PoolStamp sends email through SendGrid, which requires a postal address on every marketing-style message for CAN-SPAM compliance. If you leave the address blank, your trial welcome email will show a placeholder address. Replace it before you onboard real customers.
Branding I can't change yet
The launch product does not yet support uploading a logo or custom colors on the receipt header. The receipt uses your business name as a wordmark in the header. Logo upload is on the roadmap; tell us if you want it sooner.
