Add techs to your account — they get their own mobile login.

Invite a team member

PoolStamp's launch pricing includes unlimited team seats. Add as many techs as you want without changing your bill.

How to invite

  1. Sign in to app.poolstamp.com
  2. Settings → Team → Invite team member
  3. Enter the tech's email address
  4. Pick a role (see below)
  5. Tap Send invitation

The tech gets an email with a one-time setup link. They click it, set their password, download the app, and they're in.

Roles

PoolStamp ships two roles at launch:

A finer role model (e.g., "admin without billing access") is on the Phase 2 roadmap.

Removing a team member

Settings → Team → click the team member → Remove from team.

The tech immediately loses access (their app sign-in stops working). Their past completed visits stay attached to them in your reports — you don't lose any history.

Tech sign-in on mobile

Techs sign in with the email + password they set during invite acceptance. They can also use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple if they accepted the invite from a device with those accounts signed in.

Multiple businesses per tech

If a tech works for two pool businesses both using PoolStamp, they can have two separate accounts (one per business). Switching between them is two taps in the app.
