PoolStamp orgs have three roles. Understanding them is a two-minute read that prevents most future confusion.
OWNER
- One per org. This is the operator that created the org or was transferred ownership.
- Full access to billing, plan changes, team invites, and dangerous account actions.
- Can promote or demote any ADMIN or TECH.
- Cannot be removed from the org through the current self-serve team screen.
ADMIN
- Anywhere from zero to many per org.
- Full access to customers, routes, visits, receipts, and reports.
- Can invite new TECH-role operators. Cannot invite ADMIN-role operators; only the OWNER can.
- Cannot see or modify billing, plan changes, or the danger-zone settings.
- Cannot manage the OWNER.
TECH
- The default role for anyone invited from the mobile app.
- Full access to their own routes, visits, and receipts.
- Can see customers and add new ones.
- Cannot invite anyone or see billing.
Changing a role
The current web admin Team page lists members and supports invites. Self-serve role changes are not exposed there yet. If a role is wrong, contact support and include the member email plus the target role.
Transferring ownership
Self-serve ownership transfer is not exposed in the current admin UI. Contact support if ownership needs to move before that control ships.
Audit trail
PoolStamp records membership changes server-side. A self-serve audit-log screen is not exposed in the current admin UI.
